Cynthia received her Master of Fine Arts from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Art from the University of St. Thomas. Trained in the visual arts, she brings her drawing and painting experience as well as her instincts for color, design and style to her position as Designer at Sarah Balinskas Fine Framing. Cynthia is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish.
