When you contact us, request a consultation, apply for a position, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your project or application. Our website does not require an account and does not collect payment information.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, perform framing and art services work, communicate about your projects, and — only if you subscribed — send our occasional studio newsletter. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our studio by our form-processing provider, and newsletter signups by our email provider; both act on our behalf. We share client information with third parties only as needed to perform work you've requested (for example, an art handling provider scheduling your delivery), and we never sell or rent personal information to anyone.
SMS/Text Messaging
If you check the SMS consent box on our website contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Sarah Balinskas Art Services. Texts are limited to your inquiries, orders, and scheduling — we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your artwork's privacy
Discretion is part of preservation. We do not disclose what any client owns, and we photograph or publish images of client works only with permission.

We retain project records so we can service your frames and collections over time. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@sarahbalinskas.com or calling (713) 630-0030.
